Job SummaryWe are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Armstrong Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate records. You will also supervise Nurse Aides and work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our patients receive the highest level of care.
Responsibilities- Supervise Nurse Aides and provide guidance and support as needed
- Administer medications and treatments to patients
- Maintain accurate records and communicate with other healthcare professionals
- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the Charge Nurse or Physician
- Participate in our Quality Improvement Program and contribute to departmental goals and objectives
