Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Pediatric Private Duty

Part-Time | Overnight Shift | One‑on‑One Care

Wednesday, Friday, & Saturday | 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Community Care, Inc. is looking for a compassionate and dedicated LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing care for a wonderful 8‑year‑old female child. • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
• Provide G‑tube care and feedings
• Provide trach/vent care
• Monitor vitals
• Monitor seizures
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with the care team and family
• Deliver exceptional, family‑centered pediatric care

• Current LPN (or RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred, but not required)
• CPR certification
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care
