Highmark Health is seeking an LPN to support a 24-bed acute inpatient rehabilitation unit. You’ll provide nursing care under RN supervision, document in EPIC, and assist with procedures and tests. Strong teamwork with therapy services helps patients transition home.
Required:
PA/ multi-state LPN license, CPR, clearances (Act 33/34/73 and FBI), and 1+ year healthcare experience; preferred: PALS/ACLS and EPIC proficiency. Full‑time position with competitive benefits.
