Penn Medicine at Home offers two RN employment tracks:
Clinical Nurse - NCL and Clinical Nurse II, selected by degree level and experience. The RN works as a full partner on the health care team and provides care across the age spectrum using the nursing process.
We look for Diploma/ASN or BSN, 15+ months of nursing experience, and PA or NJ RN licensure with BLS/CPR. A car and auto insurance are required for home visits;
Penn Medicine emphasizes CQI, EBP, leadership, and teamwork.
