Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire others Commitment to person-centered care and exceptional customer service Knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations Passion for creating a positive experience for residents, families, and team members
