Casselman Healthcare & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who have a passion for providing exceptional nursing care and enhancing the quality of life for our residents. Join our team on a PRN basis and enjoy the flexibility to create a schedule that works for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care for residents.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Monitor resident conditions, recognize changes in health status, and respond appropriately.
  • Coordinate and communicate resident care with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure quality resident care.
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation of assessments, care provided, and resident responses.
  • Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care planning meetings.
  • Educate residents and their families regarding medical conditions, treatments, and care plans.
  • Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
  • Serve as charge nurse and provide leadership to the nursing team as assigned.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards of nursing practice.
Qualifications:
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
