As a home health registered nurse (RN), you will experience a rewarding career by providing in-home nursing services for our home health patients through evaluating and assessing patients and coordinating all home care services in the patient's home.

Brookville & Clarion, PA

***$20,000 sign-on/retention bonus for qualified candidates***

Qualifications:

• Have a current Pennsylvania RN license or temporary practice permit
• Have a valid Pennsylvania driver's license
• Have current automobile coverage
• Have 2 years of acute care or long-term care experience
• Have excellent time management skills
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills
• Have strong teaching skills
• Have ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• Have ability to meet physical requirements of position
• Be a team player
