Aveanna Healthcare - - Responsibilities:
Provide personal medical care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in home or facility.;
Perform and document medical care tasks (basic first aid, taking weight and vital signs, catheter and bowel care, ROM exercises).;
Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, and eating.;
Observe and report significant changes in patient’s condition to the RN Nursing Supervisor.;
Maintain and complete necessary patient/family and company documentation records after each visit.
