Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a 14-year-old female child in Hastings, PA.
This PRN/casual role offers day or overnight shifts with flexible scheduling and 1:1 patient focus in a home setting. You will assist with ADLs, G-tube care, monitor seizures, administer medications, and collaborate with the family and care team to deliver high-quality pediatric care.
