LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE – LPN
Highland Manor Rehabilitation and Nursing Centerfacility in Exeter, PA
LPN Open
Shifts:
- Day (7 AM – 3 PM )
- Weekday and Weekend Shifts Available
DESCRIPTION:
- Performs nursing functions within scope of LPN licensure
- Strong LPN skills required
- Works closely with all members of the nursing team and must have the ability to adapt to changing day to day environment/clinical settings
- Administering medications and treatments in compliance with federal, state, local, and facility policies
- Maintaining confidentiality and rights of residents, family, employee, and facility information in compliance with HIPPA policies and applicable regulations
- Interacting cooperatively with residents, families, visitors, and other staff
- Completion of an accredited school of practical nursing
- Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ) in the State of PA
- Required experience for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ):
Nursing: 1 year - Required licenseor certification for Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN ): LPN
