We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs), Family Nurse Practitioners (FNPs), or Physician Assistants (PA-Cs) to join our inpatient behavioral health team.

• PMHNPs will provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and ongoing psychiatric care for inpatient behavioral health patients.
• FNPs will perform History & Physical (H&P) examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients. Psychiatric care will be managed by the PMHNP.
• PA-Cs are welcome to apply for either role, depending on their experience and qualifications. PA-Cs may provide psychiatric care alongside or perform H&P examinations and medical clearances for psychiatric inpatients.

Compensation

• $130,000–$180,000 annually
• Compensation is based on experience.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, or inpatient medicine (depending on role)
• Active Pennsylvania (PA) license and DEA
• PMHNP, FNP, or PA-C certification, as applicable
