Job Overview

Embassy of Saxonburg is hiring dedicated, positive, and passionate Registered Nurses to join our staff.

Current openings:
Full‑time 6a‑2p and part‑time 10p‑6a.

• Supervise nursing personnel.
• Handle desk and clinical follow‑up tasks.

• 8‑hour and 12‑hour shifts.
• Monthly staff engagement events.

• Current, unencumbered, active RN license in the state.
• Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Capable of making independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Skilled at dealing tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies, and the general public.
• Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices, laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to long‑term care.
• Leadership and supervisory ability; willing to work harmoniously with and supervise others.
• Ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, and policies necessary for quality care.
• Patience, tact, cheerfulness, enthusiasm, and ability to handle difficult residents.
• Willingness to seek out new methods and principles and incorporate them into nursing practices.
• Ability to communicate information concerning a resident’s condition.
• Should not present a direct threat to the health or safety of others in the workplace.
