Duties & Responsibilities:
*
* + Perform comprehensive patient assessments, examinations, and medical histories.
+ Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions.
+ Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
+ Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans within scope of practice.
+ Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment options, and health maintenance.
+ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
+ Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
+ Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).
+ Promote preventive care and wellness through patient education and screenings.
+ Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines, facility policies, and regulatory standards.
** Minimum Qualifications *
* + Current, valid, and unrestrictedPA license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
+ Minimum of 2 year/sof recent experience as aNurse Practitioner.
+ Copy of current, completed
Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
+ Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test,).
