Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Silver Stream Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care services in a compassionate and supportive environment. We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team.
Responsibilities:- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
- Take and record vital signs as assigned
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while promoting dignity and independence
- Work collaboratively with nurses and other healthcare team members
- Current CNA certification in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing high-quality care
