Key responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – CNA

• Provide direct patient care and support under the supervision of registered nursing staff
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients and families

Requirements of the LPN/LVN – CNA

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Current CNA certification
• Minimum of one year of healthcare experience
