Provide nursing care and support to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse
Assist with daily living activities and personal care for patients
Monitor and document patient health status and progress
Administer medications as prescribed

Current LPN/LVN license in Pennsylvania
CNA certification
Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting
