Location: Coaldale
St. Luke's - 360 West Ruddle Street - Responsibilities:
Provide direct care to residents/patients with ADL needs under the direction of a licensed registered nurse and in accordance with facility policies and procedures.;
Follow established CNA performance standards and facility policies and procedures; follow written and oral directions.;
Identify resident/patient problems and concerns and report them immediately to the registered nurse.;
Complete assignments in a timely, complete and accurate manner; conduct resident/patient rounds as assigned.;
Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to established facility policy/procedures; participate in interdisciplinary team meetings as assigned.
