Description

FT CRNA needed for surgical suite in prestigious Bucks County. 40 hours, 5x8s. No call, no weekends! Base $205K with $20K sign‑on bonus.

United Anesthesia Services, P.C. (UAS) is recruiting to fill full‑time CRNA staff at Bucks County Surgical Suites.

Qualifications Clinical Skills
  • Assess patients’ status, induce and maintain anesthesia, establish IV access, and intubate patients; must promptly report any problems to the attending anesthesiologist. Cases will be reviewed at random to evaluate performance.
Communication Skills
  • Complete, clear and appropriate documentation.
  • Timely and accurate communication.
  • Appropriate transfer of care.
  • Effective, respectful communication with patients and other clinicians.
  • Regular communication with attending physician.
Education, Training, and Certification Requirements
  • Registered RN in Pennsylvania.
  • Completion of an approved Nurse Anesthesia program.
  • Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) and the State of Pennsylvania.
  • Maintenance of AANA Continuing Education requirements.
  • Completion of all required UAS training programs.
  • Maintenance of BLS & ACLS certifications, and PALS certifications as required.
  • Maintenance of facility privileges.
Physical Requirements
  • Regularly standing for periods up to 60 minutes.
  • Ability to lift 20 lbs.
  • Ability to push/pull a stretcher with a patient (up to 250 lbs).
  • Regular bending or stooping throughout the shift.
  • Walking throughout the shift as required for patient care; occasionally respond quickly to emergencies.
  • Regular repetitive motions as required for patient care.
  • Sufficient auditory and visual abilities as required for patient care.
Other Requirements
  • Familiar with the location, operation, and process for reporting malfunctions of anesthesia machines, monitors, ventilators, cardiac monitors, temperature & BP monitors, MH cart, pediatric anesthesia equipment, intubation tools, hand‑controlled ventilation tools, CPR equipment, computers, and clinical software.
  • Uniform & Dress:
    Scrubs or other OR‑appropriate attire in accordance with facility requirements.
  • Must follow universal precautions in all clinical work.
  • Acceptable surgeon, patient, and facility satisfaction levels.
  • Adherence to all UAS policies and procedures.
  • Makes all patient and corporate information strictly confidential.
  • Willing to serve on hospital or UAS committees as requested.
  • Good attendance and timeliness; courteous in relieving others and when taking breaks.
  • Positive representation of UAS.
