What is required as a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN?

Graduation from an accredited school of nursing as an LPN:
Licensed Practical Nurse
Current LPN licensure by the PA State Board of Nursing
Must be 18 years of age or older
An understanding of basic human needs: physical, spiritual, and emotional.
Adequate reading, writing, speaking, and hearing skills to perform assignments.
