Tender Care Hospice is seeking an experienced Visit Nurse to deliver compassionate hospice care to patients in their homes. You will work with an interdisciplinary team, including the Nurse Case Manager and DON, to provide hands-on nursing, symptom relief, and education to families.
Qualified candidates are licensed RNs in PA with 1–2 years in acute care or 1 year in home health/hospice. A strong commitment to hospice philosophy and patient comfort is essential.
