  • Deliver patient-centered care using the nursing process and Relationship-Based Care model.
  • Develop individualized care plans and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Commitment to delivering age‑appropriate, patient-centered care.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist patients as needed.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS/CPR required within 30 days of hire.
• CCMC required within 30 days of hire/transfer.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIH) required within 6 months.
• ACLS and PALS required within 1 year of hire/transfer.
• National nursing certification preferred.
