Keystone Care is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Director of Quality, Compliance & Clinical Education for our Home Health and Hospice services. In this role, you will lead our quality assurance initiatives, develop educational programs, and enhance the skills of our nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of patient care.

In this position, you will create, implement, and maintain educational curricula focused on home health and hospice care protocols, ensuring that nurses stay abreast of the latest practices and regulatory requirements. You will also oversee quality assurance processes, evaluate performance and care outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance patient care. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will promote a culture of continuous improvement and compliance with governmental regulations.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver educational programs for nursing staff in home health and hospice care, focusing on best practices and compliance.
  • Implement and oversee quality assurance measures, conducting audits and performance reviews to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Evaluate and analyze data to identify trends and areas needing improvement.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff, fostering professional development and skills enhancement.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing insights regarding education and quality management.
  • Stay current with industry trends, changes in healthcare regulations and quality assurance practices.
  • Facilitate orientation and ongoing training sessions for new hires.
Requirements
  • Current RN license in good standing to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or Education; BSN required.
  • Minimum of 5 years clinical nursing experience in home health, hospice, or related field.
  • Experience in nursing education or quality assurance preferred.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in home health and hospice care.
  • Ability to analyze data and implement quality improvement initiatives.
  • CPR certification required.
  • Driver's License and Car Insurance in good standing.
