Clinical Team Coordinator; Emergency Department

Role Overview: The position involves overseeing patient care and unit operations within an acute care hospital setting, ensuring alignment with nursing standards and organizational goals.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Manage clinical, administrative, and operational aspects of the care delivery team, support staffing needs, and promote a culture of safety through policy adherence and safety event reporting.
• Leadership & Development:
  Serve as a department leader, participate in coaching, mentoring, and performance appraisals, and assist in directing personnel in the absence of the Director.
• Patient Care & Quality:
  Ensure high-quality, evidence-based patient care, communicate research findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, 3 years of RN experience in acute care, proficiency in leadership, critical thinking, and adaptability, with BLS and RN licensure in Pennsylvania.
• Additional Requirements:
  
  Ability to perform physical activities related to patient care, including lifting, kneeling, and CPR, with a focus on teamwork, professionalism, and safety.
