As a Weekend LPN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, including:

• Direct Care

  Providing assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as medication administration and wound care.
• Vital Sign Monitoring

  Taking and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, as well as reporting any changes or concerns to the nursing team.

  Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
