About the LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Role:As an LPN Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in our Weekend Program, providing high-quality care to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing direct patient care, including administering medications, dressing wounds, and performing vital signs
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and communication
- Deliver exceptional patient care, prioritizing individual needs and preferences
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient care delivery
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in patient care and evidence-based practices
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continually improve patient outcomes
- Demonstrate a commitment to patient safety, dignity, and autonomy
