Registered Nurse Supervisor

Laurel Center - PA and V2U seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care in our senior living and long-term care community. In this on-site role, you will oversee nursing staff, coordinate care, and ensure high-quality, person-centered services for older adults needing long-term care and rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assessments, care planning, medication administration, regulatory compliance, and staff mentoring. Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff in daily care delivery for senior residents.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop or update individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and facility protocols.
• Monitor resident conditions, document changes, and communicate with physicians and families.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, infection control, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Mentor, train, and evaluate nursing team members to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support person-centered care.
• Respond to emergencies and provide clinical leadership on assigned shifts.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and care conferences.
