Registered Nurse Supervisor

Pennsburg Manor, a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Pennsburg, PA, seeks a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead and support our nursing team. In this resident-focused, compassionate, and team-oriented environment, you will oversee daily clinical care, guide staff, and ensure safe, high-quality services for seniors in both short-term rehab and long-term care. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring nurses and CNAs, coordinating assessments and care plans, managing medications and treatments, maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
• Coordinate and oversee resident assessments, care plans, and clinical interventions
• Administer and monitor medications and treatments per physician orders
• Ensure accurate, timely EHR documentation and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on care planning and resident outcomes
• Support staffing, scheduling, and shift oversight to maintain coverage
• Lead and model infection control and safety practices
• Communicate effectively with residents and families about care and progress
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and audits
• Assist with onboarding and training of new nursing staff
