Certified Nursing Assistant

Pennsburg Manor is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our resident-focused care team in our skilled nursing and rehab center in Pennsburg, PA. In this role, you will provide hands-on support with daily living activities, mobility, hygiene, and comfort, while monitoring and reporting changes in residents' conditions. You'll collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and support staff in a homelike, team-oriented environment that values respect, quality care, and professional growth in senior care.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning using safe techniques
• Measure and record vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Support residents during meals, hydration, and nutritional monitoring
• Maintain clean, safe, and comfortable resident rooms and common areas
• Accurately document care and observations in accordance with facility policies
• Offer emotional support, companionship, and respectful communication to residents and families
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to follow care plans
• Follow infection control, safety, and privacy protocols at all times
• Participate in trainings and team meetings to support quality resident care
