Registered Nurse Supervisor

Genesis HCC is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to lead clinical care on our skilled nursing and long-term care units. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee nursing staff, ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, and support safe transitions across post-acute settings. You will manage daily staffing, monitor clinical outcomes, assist with care planning, and ensure regulatory compliance. As a clinical resource and mentor, you will coach nurses and CNAs, support ongoing education, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and families to promote recovery, dignity, and quality of life for each resident.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily nursing care on assigned units
• Oversee and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, including assignment and staffing
• Monitor resident conditions and clinical outcomes, intervening as needed
• Participate in and review individualized care plans and interdisciplinary rounds
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility policies and regulations
• Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring of nursing staff
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care team members
• Communicate with residents and families regarding care plans and changes
• Promote a safe environment, including infection control and fall prevention
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely
