Hospice Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a hospice setting providing end-of-life care in patients' homes.

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care focused on comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, symptom and pain management, and personalized care planning.
• Educate and support patients and families through end-of-life processes.
• Ensure thorough, compliant documentation in EMR systems.
• Work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
• Travel within assigned territory to patient homes.

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel approximately 20% of the time.
• Critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills.
