We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team at our nursing facility. The ADON plays a key role in supporting the Director of Nursing in overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents.

ADON Responsibilities:

Assist in managing nursing staff and clinical programs
Help coordinate and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
Monitor resident care and ensure care plans are effectively implemented
Support ongoing staff training, development, and performance evaluations
Participate in facility audits, surveys, and inspections
Serve as a resource for clinical staff and help maintain high morale and professional standards

ADON

Qualifications:

Valid RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
Leadership or supervisory experience required
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
