What You'll Do
- Lead and support nursing staff while ensuring excellent resident care
- Administer medications, treatments, and monitor patient responses
- Perform resident assessments and assist with care planning
- Supervise and guide CNAs and nursing staff
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharge planning
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate with physicians and care teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and high care standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN)
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Skilled nursing facility experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
