• Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to appropriate team members

• Provide wound care and management services to residents

• Participate in staff development and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
