• Utilize the nursing process to coordinate the plan of patient care for the age-appropriate population.
• Initiate, monitor, and revise interdisciplinary plans of care based on assessment findings and physician orders.
• Complete patient documentation comprehensively in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide ongoing and appropriate teaching to patients and families to guide them across the continuum of care.
• Support the development of students, new staff, and colleagues; may serve as a preceptor.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Education:

• Current State of PA RN licensure or current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC)
