• Assess human responses and implement nursing care plans.
• Provide leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Supervise and evaluate assigned LPN scope of practice.
• Participate on interdisciplinary teams to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to create individualized patient care plans.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Promote compassionate communication that is patient and family-centered.

• Education: Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.
• Experience: Certification in area of specialty preferred.
