Located just a stone's throw from the historic Lewisburg and Bucknell University, and just 5 miles from Milton State Park, we offer short-term post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. Our skilled team ensures quality care without sacrificing on ambiance, comfort, or personalization. We receive patients from several area hospitals, including Evangelical, UPMC Susquehanna, Williamsport, and Geisinger.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team

• Monitor and report patient progress, identifying opportunities for improvement and adjustments to care plans as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Pennsylvania

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
