LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Weekend Work

Weekend LPN (All shifts needed)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Chestnut Hill Lodge Health and Rehabilitation Center, a 181‑bed facility located in Wyndmoor, Pennsylvania. As a Weekend LPN, you will provide high‑quality care to residents and ensure a smooth transition from weekend to week. • Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN).
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, wound care, and specimen collection.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members.
• Document patient information accurately and promptly.

• Current LPN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply).
• Ability to work weekends and all shifts as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
