Job Summary
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide professional nursing care to individuals with mental health conditions, physical illnesses, behavioral needs, and/or developmental disabilities in a residential healthcare setting.
Position DetailsA-Line Staffing is now hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) in South Mountain, PA 17261. Shifts Open: 6:45am - 3:15pm shifts, 2:45pm - 11:15pm and 11pm - 7am. Pay Rate: $45.00/hr weekly pay W-2.

Full time. Specialty:
Psychiatric/Mental Health, Residential/Long-Term Care Nursing.
- Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients/residents.
- Perform physical and mental health assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, injections, and IV therapy as needed.
- Develop and update individualized care plans.
- Perform wound care, catheter care, tube feedings, respiratory care, and other nursing procedures.
- Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in patient condition.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
- Work with physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Assist with emergencies and provide CPR/first aid when needed.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and nursing standards.
- May serve as a charge nurse and supervise nursing support staff.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania.
- Experience providing nursing care in a healthcare, residential, psychiatric, long-term care, or developmental-disability setting is helpful.
- Ability to use electronic medical records and basic Microsoft Office programs.
- Strong assessment, communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
