Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to residents and patients on a weekend schedule, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
- Administer treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including injections, Phlebotomy, and ECGs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
