Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents and patients on a weekend schedule, including vital signs, wound care, and medication administration
Administer treatments and procedures as ordered by physicians, including injections, Phlebotomy, and ECGs
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure high-quality patient care
