• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming residents
• Provide basic nursing care and assist with medical procedures as directed by licensed nurses
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
• Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care and services
• Support a positive and respectful work environment through effective communication and teamwork

• Current certification as a Baylor Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 0 years of experience preferred
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
