Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) for a temporary onsite clinical assignment in Quarryville, Pennsylvania
.

This is a Thursday–Saturday schedule with three consecutive 12-hour shifts each week
, providing care in a construction-site medical clinic. The practice is designed around an adult workforce population and combines occupational medicine with primary and episodic care in an independent onsite environment.

• Assignment: October 1–December 31, 2026
• Schedule: Thursday–Saturday
• Hours: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
• 36 scheduled hours per week
• Provider Types: Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants
• Onsite construction medicine / occupational health setting
• Holiday operations are still being determined

Initial onsite training is scheduled before the assignment begins:

• September 28–29: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• September 30: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM; availability that day is preferred but not required

This is an onsite APP role supporting the healthcare needs of a working construction population. The environment is best suited for an experienced clinician who is comfortable practicing with a high degree of independence.

Clinical responsibilities may include:

• Occupational health evaluations
• Evaluation and management of minor work-related injuries and illnesses
• Primary and episodic care
• DOT physicals
• Independent clinical assessment and treatment
• Appropriate referral or escalation when a patient requires a higher level of care

This opportunity is primarily focused on quality care in a
lower-volume onsite clinical environment for adult patients,making it notably different from a traditional high-throughput urgent care or emergency department.

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Comfortable providing care independently in an onsite setting
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
• Primary Care, Occupational Medicine, Urgent Care, or Emergency Medicine experience strongly aligned with the role
• Comfortable caring for an adult workforce population
• DOT Medical Examiner experience or certification is valuable for this practice environment

• Three consecutive workdays each week
• Four days off each week
