Eden Nursing & Rehabilitation, a premier healthcare provider in Brackenridge, Pennsylvania, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN Supervisor to join our part-time team! As a RN Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing department, ensuring high-quality patient care and fostering a positive work environment.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures
• Supervise a team of licensed nurses and caregivers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor patient progress, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes as necessary
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary care team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements
• Maintain accurate records and reports, including patient charts and incident reports
• Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work varied shifts, including day, evening, and weekend shifts
