About This Role

The RN Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process to provide and direct patient care for inpatients, outpatients, and emergency room patients, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols.

• Location: Natrona Heights, PA
• Facility: Allegheny Health Network
• Schedule: Full-time

• Perform a comprehensive patient assessment to identify patient needs.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive plan of care.
• Perform and document direct patient care and patient education according to nursing standards of practice.
• Identify and respond to patient conditions to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Direct and delegate care provided by ancillary team members.

• Education:
• Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• Experience:
• Minimum experience as required by the position.

• Current RN License in Pennsylvania.
• CPR – American Heart Association certification required.
• Act 34 Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
• Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance Certificate.
• Act 73 FBI Fingerprinting Criminal Background Clearance Certificate.
