• Provide compassionate, person-centered skilled nursing and rehabilitation care for our residents.
• Administer medications, oversee treatment plans, and execute physician orders accurately.
• Collaborate daily with experienced nursing staff, LPNs, and CNAs in a team-oriented environment.
• Monitor resident vitals and changes in condition, maintaining accurate electronic health records.

• License:
  Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (or newly licensed/recent grads).
• Certification:
  Valid CPR / BLS certification.
• Mindset:
  Eager to learn, dependable, and passionate about starting a rewarding career in geriatric care.
