Full-Time 7a-7p

We are seeking a dedicated RN Supervisor to join our nursing leadership team. In this role, you will support our nursing staff, ensure high-quality resident care, and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment throughout the building.
What You’ll Do:- Supervise and support nursing staff across assigned units
- Provide clinical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members
- Monitor resident care plans to ensure quality and compliance
- Assist with admissions, assessments, and care coordination
- Respond to emergencies and provide hands‑on clinical support as needed
- Partner with administration to drive resident satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and facility policies
- Active RN license in good standing
- Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience (preferred)
- Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities
- A compassionate approach and commitment to resident‑centered care
