Looking for flexibility and meaningful work? Join our Pool/Flex Nursing Team and help provide exceptional care to residents in our Continuing Care Retirement Community.

• Provide direct resident care, assessments, medications, and treatments.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team.
• Supervise and support nursing staff as assigned.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure quality, resident-centered care.
• Promote resident safety and infection prevention practices.

• Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Long-term care or senior living experience preferred.

Per Diem / Pool / Flex

• Work based on your availability and facility needs.
• All shifts available:
  Days, Evenings, Overnights, Weekends, and Holidays.
