Nursing Coordinator: Patient Care & Clinic Liaison

Independence Health System Inc. seeks a Nursing Coordinator to provide nursing care and coordinate services for patients. The role supports liaison between providers and patients, triages calls, handles refills, schedules procedures, and ensures authorizations follow written protocols.

Candidate should be a PA RN with CPR and clearances; endocrinology/diabetes management experience and 1 year RN hospital/clinic experience are preferred. Weekend/holiday schedule is not required.
