Heartline Staffing is recruiting Registered Nurses (RNs) for a psychiatric direct-care contract in South Mountain, Pennsylvania. Two openings are available.
TRAVEL CONTRACT AT A GLANCEGross Weekly Pay: $2,046
Taxable Rate: $20.00/hour
Weekly Travel Stipend: $1,246
Overtime Rate: $50.00/hour
Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: 5x8 Days
Shift: 6:45 AM–3:15 PM
Location: South Mountain, PA

The $1,246 weekly travel stipend is tax-free for eligible travelers who meet applicable tax-home and IRS requirements.
THE ASSIGNMENTProvide psychiatric direct nursing care in a residential healthcare environment in South Mountain, Pennsylvania, with a focus on patient safety and well-being.
Responsibilities include monitoring and supporting patient safety, completing nursing assessments, providing direct patient care, communicating changes in patient condition, and working effectively within the behavioral health care team.
This day-shift assignment requires consistent availability for the 6:45 AM to 3:15 PM shift and experience in psychiatric or mental health care.

Requirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license REQUIRED
- Experience in psychiatric or mental health care settings REQUIRED
- Ability to monitor and support patient safety REQUIRED
- Strong communication and assessment skills REQUIRED
- Knowledge of Crisis Prevention and Intervention REQUIRED
- Ability to work the 6:45 AM–3:15 PM day shift consistently REQUIRED
- Active Pennsylvania RN license
- At least 1 year of psychiatric nursing experience
- Previous experience working with behavioral or psychiatric patients in a residential or inpatient setting
- BLS/CPR certification
- Familiarity with documentation and charting tools
- Certification in Crisis Prevention and Intervention
