RN Outpatient- Primary Care - Valley Brook McMurray

The Registered Nurse in this outpatient setting is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for individuals or families. • Schedule: Full-time

• Assess human responses and implement nursing care for patients.
• Provide transformational leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Assign or delegate tasks based on patient needs and staff skill levels.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to evaluate clinical care.
• Promote patient safety initiatives and participate in quality initiatives.
• Utilize the nursing process to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Analyze health status and determine patient care needs.
• Document changes in patient condition and notify appropriate personnel.
• Demonstrate commitment to continuous lifelong learning and professional development.
• Advocate for patients and resolve patient/family concerns.

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) required.

• CPR certification required.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
